1. Kale-licious Smoothie

Kale is rich in iron, protein, vitamins, and minerals. It boosts your energy and keeps your hair, bones, and nails on their perfect health. You can also have this smoothie post workout.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 cup water
Directions:
Put the kale and water in a blender and blend those two. When it’s smooth, stop the blender. Add the remaining items in the blender and blend it again.

2. Peach-licious Smoothie

We’ll combine peach, ginger, and red pepper in this smoothie. What a way to start your day!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup frozen peach
  • 1 green apple
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 fresh peeled ginger
  • 2 cup Swiss chard
  • 2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • ½ lime (juice only)
  • Dash of ground red pepper
Directions:
Blend the Swiss chard and coconut water so they are smooth. Add the fruits in the blender and then blend them together again.
